Sidenote, I had a panoptic experience today.
I was driving in the rain, and a car that looked like a police car (but I wasn't sure if it was) turned onto the road and was driving behind me. I wasn't sure if it was a police car but I had to assume it was. I made the connection seconds later. Me:
